As required by state law, the City of Cosmos provides for an independent audit of the city's financial records.  Beginning for the 2017 Audit, the City hired the CPA firm of Oberloh & Oberloh to complete the financial report.  This change of auditors saved the city $12,000 annually in reporting costs while still providing a quality audit.
